    The Festival Gift Card is the best gift for anyone who loves a party! With a Festival Gift Card, the recipient can always decide when and with whom to attend a party!

    Paying with Festivalcadeau is very easy.

    1. With both a physical and digital gift card, you receive the 19-digit card number and 6-digit PIN code.

    2. Search the agenda for your favorite festival or event. We always link to the official ticket shop of the organizer so that you always have access to official tickets.

    3. Pay during checkout with the details of your Festival Gift Card. During checkout, choose the payment methods to pay with "Festival Gift Card". Here you enter your card number and PIN code that are on the back of the gift card.

    You will receive the tickets for your chosen festival or event at your provided email address.

    After we have received your order, we always send your physical gift card as soon as possible, preferably the same day.

    Did you order before 10:00 PM? Then we will always send your gift card the next day at the latest and you will receive it the next day.*

    Have you not received your physical gift card after 3 working days? Then please contact us. Always include at least: Your name, phone number, email address, purchase date, purchase value. For quick processing, also include the purchase receipt with the order number.

    *With the exception of Sundays and public holidays.

    The Festival Gift Card, as an official payment method for the events industry, is not a company that makes a lot of money. We live off marketing revenues from event organizations that want to gain even more publicity for their events. We do this by selling advertising space.

    • It is of course very annoying when you lose your gift card or it is stolen. Therefore, contact us immediately. We can block your gift card. Always include at least: Your name, phone number, email address, purchase date, and purchase value in the email. For quick processing, also include the proof of purchase and your order number.

      A Festival Gift Card is valid for 2 years from the date of purchase.

      When a chosen event cannot take place, it is of course very annoying. When you have paid for a ticket with your Festival Gift Card, a new agreement has been made during the checkout process, namely between you and the event organizer. Therefore, if an event cannot take place, it is up to the organizer to decide what measures will be taken.

    • At Festival Gift Card, we believe you should always be able to use your gift card for any festival, every day of the year. Normally, you can choose Festival Gift Card as the payment method when checking out a ticket.

      Can't find your favorite festival or event in the agenda on our events page? This means that unfortunately they are not yet using us as a payment method. However, this can change from one day to the next, so it's best to keep an eye on our events page.

      However, it would help if you send an email to the respective festival, where you can ask them to connect with us.

      Absolutely! Since we are an official payment method, the Festival Gift Card is not limited by national borders.

      You can always check how much balance is left on your Festival Gift Card using the balance checker. Quite convenient!

      Balance Checker

      If the ticket for your festival or event is more expensive than the balance on your gift card, you can always choose to pay the remaining amount using another payment method. You do this by first selecting to pay with your Festival Gift Card, and if there is still an outstanding amount, you can pay this remaining balance using iDeal, Paypal, or Credit Card.

      Unfortunately! At Festival Gift Card, we only work with the direct organizers of festivals and events. Therefore, we always link directly to the official ticket shops, and when an event is sold out, you unfortunately cannot buy tickets. It is also no longer possible to pay with your Festival Gift Card.

    No, registering an organization is completely free. In fact, after registering, you immediately benefit from all the advantages of promoting festivals and events, also completely free.

    All festivals and events have a collaboration with a ticketing provider. If your ticketing provider also receives the payments from your sold tickets and then pays them out to you, your ticketing provider can accept us as a payment method. This also gives you the opportunity to accept Festival Gift Card payments.

    If you do not have a connection with a Payment Service Provider but your ticketing provider manages the sold ticket funds and pays them out to you, we would also like to receive an email with the subject "Payments via ticketing provider" via: [email protected].

    Of course you can. If you no longer want to accept payments via the Festival Gift Card, we would like to receive a written cancellation by post or email, after which we will deactivate the payment method for you.
